1、在前期工作的基础上揭示CAFs通过exosomal circ_0005759调控LSCC侵袭转移的分子机制。 2、明确exosomal circ_0005759在血清标本中的表达，揭示其临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the previous work, the molecular mechanism of CAFs regulating LSCC invasion and metastasis through exosomal circ_0005759 was revealed. 2. Clarify the expression of exosomal circ_0005759 in serum samples and reveal its clinical significance.

纳入标准：

1.初诊确诊喉鳞状细胞癌病人。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient diagnosed with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma upon initial diagnosis.

排除标准：

1.经过治疗过的喉鳞状细胞癌病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with treated laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
