研究目的:

本研究将通过分别比较翻转课堂联合 PBL 教学法、传统教学联合PBL 教学法及传统教学方法在麻醉专业胃超声中的教学效果,探讨翻转课堂联合 PBL 教学模式在胃超声教学中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the instructional effectiveness of the flipped classroom combined with Problem Based Learning (PBL) teaching method, traditional teaching combined with PBL, and traditional teaching methods in anesthesia specialty gastric ultrasound. The goal is to explore the application value of the flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching model in gastric ultrasound instruction.

纳入标准:

选择在湘雅二医院参加规范化培训的 60名麻醉住院医师为研究对象。其人选标准:①麻醉科规范化培训第一、二年的住院医师;②具备扎实的解剖学知识,行超声辅助 /引导下操作达到50 例以上,但未参加过胃超声方面的培训。

Inclusion criteria

Sixty anesthesia residents undergoing standardized training at the Second Xiangya Hospital were selected as research subjects. Inclusion criteria were: 1) Anesthesia residents in their first and second years of standardized training; 2) Possession of solid anatomical knowledge and experience with over 50 ultrasound-assisted/guided procedures, but lacking specific training in gastric ultrasound.
