研究目的：

主要研究目的：调查分析肿瘤急诊不同类型原因，包括抗肿瘤治疗相关急诊，癌痛控制，终末期姑息治疗等因素，并探讨肿瘤急诊对患者短期疾病转归及长期生存的影响。 次要研究目的：分析肿瘤急诊患者流行病学特征，探讨影响肿瘤急诊病因及疾病转归的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research objectives: To investigate and analyze the causes of different types of tumor emergency care, including anti-tumor treaty-related emergency care, cancer pain control, end-stage palliative care and other factors, and to explore the impact of tumor emergency care on short-term disease outcome and long-term survival of patients. Secondary objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of emergency patients with cancer, and to explore the risk factors affecting the cause and outcome of emergency cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a)明确诊断为恶性肿瘤患者 b)年龄≥14岁； c)性别不限； d)确为肿瘤相关急诊原因需要接受医疗照护。 e)自愿参加并书面签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

a) The patient is clearly diagnosed as a malignant tumor b) Age ≥14 years old; c) No gender limitation; d) Medical care is required for a tumor-related emergency. e) Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent in person;

排除标准：

a)病理诊断不明确，或经检查及治疗后排除恶性肿瘤的患者； b)仅通过急诊途径行常规检查患者； c)经医师判断急诊病情与肿瘤无关的急诊患者

Exclusion criteria：

a) Patients whose pathological diagnosis is not clear, or malignant tumors are excluded after examination and treatment; b) Patients undergoing routine examination only through the emergency route; c) Emergency patients whose emergency condition is judged by doctors to be unrelated to tumor
