研究目的：

1.了解前列腺癌 PSA 异常人群诊疗情况，分析前列腺癌 PSA 异常人群的健康知识、信念、行为现状与复诊依从性相关性。 2.为提高前列腺癌 PSA 异常人群的健康知识、信念、行为水平提供参考，进 PSA 异常人群早诊早治提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the diagnosis and treatment status of PSA abnormal population in prostate cancer, analyze the correlation between health knowledge, beliefs, behavior status and follow-up compliance of PSA abnormal population in prostate cancer. 2. To provide reference for improving the health knowledge, beliefs, and behavioral levels of individuals with PSA abnormalities in prostate cancer, and to provide guidance for early diagnosis and treatment of PSA abnormal individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>50 岁 （2）PSA≥4 μg/L （3）本地区常住人口 （4）知情同意且自愿参加

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age>50 years old (2) PSA≥4 μg/L (3) Local permanent population (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation

排除标准：

（1）既往前列腺癌病史 （2）既往 3 个月内服用影响 PSA 检测结果的药物 （3）6 周内急性尿潴留，泌尿感染及前列腺炎病史 （4）1 周内直肠指诊、前列腺按摩 （5）48h 内留置导尿、经尿道膀胱镜检查 （6）24h 内性生活

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of prostate cancer (2) Medications that affect PSA test results taken within the past 3 months (3) History of acute urinary retention, urinary infection and prostatitis within 6 weeks (4) Digital rectal examination and prostate massage within one week (5) Indwelling catheterization and transurethral cystoscopy within 48 hours (6) Sexual activity within 24 hours
