研究目的：

1.明确活血化痰方（中药配方颗粒）的治疗心肌梗死心室重构的最佳剂量； 2.明确活血化痰颗粒改善真心痛痰瘀互结证患者心室重构与调节肠道微生态的相关性；探索真心痛痰瘀互结证与肠道菌群及其与宿主共代谢产物的关联性，揭示“心与小肠相表里”的科学内涵。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Determine the optimal dosage of Huoxue Huatan Formula (Chinese herbal granule formula) for treating ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction; 2.Clarify the correlation between the improvement of ventricular remodeling and the regulation of gut microecology by Huoxue Huatan Granules in patients with True Cardialgia and Phlegm-Stasis Interlocking Syndrome; explore the association between True Cardialgia and Phlegm-Stasis Interlocking Syndrome and the gut microbiota as well as their co-metabolites with the host, revealing the scientific connotation of the "interior-exterior relationship between the heart and small intestine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合心肌梗死诊断； ② 符合真心痛痰瘀互结证诊断标准； ③ 无明显的饮食偏好； ④ 近一月未使用用抗生素、类固醇等激素、中草药制剂、微生态制剂或酸奶等益生菌； ⑤ 年龄在18-80岁之间； ⑥ 患者签署知情同意书并愿意接受相应检查和治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for myocardial infarction; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for True Cardialgia and Phlegm-Stasis Interlocking Syndrome; 3. No significant dietary preferences; 4. Has not used antibiotics, steroids, Chinese herbal preparations, microecological preparations, or probiotics such as yogurt in the past month; 5. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 6. The patient has signed an informed consent form and is willing to undergo the relevant examinations and treatments.

排除标准：

① 心源性休克者、严重心力衰竭(心功能IV 级，或左室射血分数≤30%)； ② 严重肝肾功能损害(血清谷丙转氨酶＞正常上限的 3 倍和/或血清肌酐水平≥265umol/L)； ③ 严重血液系统疾病、神经系统或精神疾病、恶性肿瘤者； ④ 合并有其他消化系统器质性病变(如消化性溃疡)； ⑤ 正在或需要持续使用可能影响胃肠道功能药物(止泻剂、抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药、肠道菌群调节药、抗生素等)者； ⑥ 有研究所用的相关药物过敏史及严重食物过敏史者； ⑦ 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； ⑧ 正在参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiogenic shock, severe heart failure (NYHA class IV, or left ventricular ejection fraction ≤30%); 2. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (serum alanine aminotransferase >3 times the upper limit of normal and/or serum creatinine level ≥265 umol/L); 3. Severe hematologic disorders, neurological or psychiatric disorders, malignant tumors; 4. Patients with concomitant organic lesions of the digestive system (such as peptic ulcer disease); 5. Currently using or requiring continuous use of drugs that may affect gastrointestinal function (antidiarrheals, antidepressants, anxiolytics, gut microbiota modulators, antibiotics, etc.); 6. History of severe allergic reactions to drugs used in the study or severe food allergies; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Participating in other studies.

在心梗的标准治疗的基础上，予以活血化痰方汤剂：瓜萎皮10g、薤白15g、葛根10g、川芎8g、丹参20g、赤芍15g、泽泻10g、黄芪30g、骨碎补10g，郁金10g。每天1剂，每日1次，疗程12周，由广东省中医药中心药房代煎配送。

In addition to standard treatment for myocardial infarction, administer the Huoxue Huatan decoction: 10g Guawu Pi (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim), 15g Xie Bai (Allium macrostemon Bunge), 10g Ge Gen (Pueraria), 8g Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong), 20g Dan Shen (Salvia miltiorrhiza), 15g Chi Shao (Paeonia lactiflora), 10g Ze Xie (Alisma plantago-aquatica), 30g Huang Qi (Astragalus membranaceus), 10g Gu Sui Bu (Drynaria fortunei), and 10g Yu Jin (Curcuma root). One dose per day, once daily, for a course of 12 weeks, prepared and delivered by the Pharmacy of Guangdong Provincial TCM Center.
