研究目的：

验证”益气调神”针灸法对中风后气虚型便秘的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of "Yiqi Tiaoshen" in constipation of qi deficiency after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄30～80岁，男女不限； 2. 符合脑卒中后气虚型便秘的中西医诊断标准； 3. 生命体征平稳者（无意识障碍、失语、听力障碍、严重器质性病变等）； 4. 神志清楚，可正常交流，理解评估量表； 5. 自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 30~80 years old 2. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria both for stroke and qi deficiency constipation 3. Patient's vital signs are stable (no impairment of consciousness, aphasia, hearing loss, severe organic lesions, etc.) 4. The patient is conscious and able to understand the relevant content of the scale 5. Voluntary participation in this study, signed informed consen.

排除标准：

1. 既往有肛门、胃肠道器质性病变者； 2. 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及血液系统等严重原发疾病者； 3. 依从性差不配合治疗者； 4. 妊娠期、哺乳期或精神病患者； 5. 有针灸禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who with previous organic lesions of the anal and gastrointestinal tracts 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and blood system complications 3. Patients with poor compliance who do not cooperate with treatment 4. Pregnant, lactating, or mentally ill patients 5. Patients with acupuncture and moxibustion contraindications.

由何绮婷医师将拟纳入临床试验病例数顺序编号01～72号，采用中央随机化方法按1：1的比例将编号随机分为两组，即试验组与对照组，每组36例。分组方法：临床试验实施时，按照受试者进入临床试验的顺序编号，接受与上述随机分组顺序编号对应的治疗方案。

Dr. He Qiting numbered the number of cases to be included in the clinical trial from 01 to 72. The number was randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1 by the central randomization method, i.e. the trial group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group.
