研究目的：

吸烟成瘾（即尼古丁依赖）是一种慢性、反复发作的大脑疾病，常常伴随着下降的认知控制能力。在众多物质成瘾干预项目中，渴求经常被认为是一个合理的干预目标，个体渴求的减少或个体应对渴求方式的变化将影响相关的行为。正念训练已经被证实是一种可行的应对成瘾的方法，正念训练以正念为核心概念来进行心理干预，使个体学会以不加评判的、接纳的态度来觉知此时此刻的身心内外的体验。探索使用正念训练干预吸烟个体，能否在一定程度上减少吸烟行为，改善吸烟成瘾者的渴求，并探究正念训练起效的神经机制。同时借助磁共振波谱成像技术，探究吸烟成瘾者认知控制能力下降背后的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Nicotine addiction (i.e., nicotine dependence) is a chronic, relapsing brain disease often accompanied by diminished cognitive control. Among various substance addiction interventions, craving is frequently considered a reasonable target, as reductions in craving or changes in how individuals cope with cravings can influence related behaviors. Mindfulness training has been proven to be a viable approach for addressing addiction. It involves psychological interventions centered on mindfulness, teaching individuals to become aware of their present-moment experiences, both internal and external, in a non-judgmental and accepting manner. This study aims to explore whether mindfulness training can reduce smoking behavior, alleviate cravings in smokers, and uncover the neural mechanisms through which mindfulness training exerts its effects. Additionally, using magnetic resonance spectroscopy, we will investigate the neural mechanisms underlying the diminished cognitive control observed in individuals with nicotine addiction.

纳入标准：

每天抽烟超过10根，持续超过两年。

Inclusion criteria

Individuals who have been smoking for more than two years and consume more than 10 cigarettes per day

排除标准：

有重大疾病史和除尼古丁外的其他物质滥用，有磁共振扫描禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with any history of major illness and substance abuse other than nicotine; Individuals with contraindications for MRI scanning.
