研究目的：

在临床实际环境中评价米诺地尔搽剂治疗雄激素性秃发的有效性及安全性、患者满意度和临床治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of minoxidil lotion in treating male pattern baldness in a real clinical setting, as well as patient satisfaction and clinical treatment patterns.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.临床诊断为雄激素性秃发（AGA）。 b.医生处方包括米诺地尔搽剂（达霏欣5%，国药准字H20060626；达霏欣2%，国药准字：H20020190）。 c.有能力完成研究相关评价和记录。 d.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a. The clinical diagnosis is androgenetic alopecia (AGA). b. The doctor's prescription includes minoxidil solution. c. Capable of completing research-related assessments and recordings. d. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

a.严重心理疾病问题的患者。 b.既往在医师指导下规范使用过米诺地尔搽剂治疗且无效的患者。 c.经研究者判断不适合参加本次研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients with serious mental health problems. b. Patients who have previously used minoxidil lotion under the guidance of a physician and it was ineffective. c. Other circumstances judged by the researchers as unsuitable for participating in this study.
