研究目的：

主要目的： 1.探讨牦牛奶对血液菌群和肠道菌群关系的影响。 次要目的： 1.探讨食用牦牛乳后机体成分的变化。 2.探索与肝功能相关的血液参数及其与肠道和血液微生物组的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: 1.To explore the effect of yak milk on the relationship between blood microbiome and gut microbiome. Secondary Objective(s): 1.To explore the change of body composition upon yak consumption. 2.To explore the liver-function associated blood parameters and their relationship between the gut and blood microbiome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年人（45岁≥年龄范围≥18岁） 2.25≥BMI≥18.5 kg/m^2 3.对性别无要求 4.志愿者（包括伴侣）自筛前 14 天内至试验结束后 6 个月内无妊娠计划且自愿采 取有效的非药物性避孕措施。 5.志愿者在整个研究期间自愿提供其血液和粪便样本，并配合问卷调查

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-45 years 2.18.5 ≥ BMI ≥25 kg/m^2 3.All gender 4.Volunteers (including partners) have no planned pregnancy and are voluntarily taken from 14 days before screening to 6 months after the end of the trial .Take effective non-drug contraception. 5.Participants are willing to provide blood and fecal samples and fill out questionnaires through the entire study period.

排除标准：

1.长期服用药物者； 2.乳糖过敏或不耐受的人群； 3.酗酒者； 4.过去六个月服用抗生素者； 5.日吸烟大于10支或日饮用咖啡大于6杯者； 6.二型糖尿病患者、高血压患者或脂肪肝患者； 7.自身免疫疾病； 8.内科疾病包括胃肠道、肺、心脏、血管系统、肝脏和肾脏疾病患者； 9.饮食失调或饮食习惯不规律者； 10.孕期或哺乳期妇女 11. 研究者认为不能入组的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intake of medicine 2.With lactose allergy or intolerance; 3.Intake of alcohol 4.Intake of antibiotic in previous 6 months 5.Daily consumption of >10 cigarettes, or >6 cups of coffee 6.Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and fatty liver disease 7.Autoimmune disease 8.Internal disease including the gastrointestinal tract, lung, heart, vasculature, liver and kidney 9.Eating disorder or unconventional eating habits 10.Women: pregnancy and breastfeeding 11.In the opinion of the investigator, it cannot be enrolled

按照平衡分配(交叉设计)方案，我们将对志愿者进行为期4周的多次平衡研究。志愿者将在研究的第一周禁食任何乳品（包括乳制品），并立即连续7天饮用牦牛奶(每天450ml)，然后从接下来的两周开始立即再次禁食任何乳品（包括乳制品）。
