研究目的：

（1）探讨无创神经调控技术刺激左侧额中回对学龄期发展性阅读障碍儿童阅读能力的改善作用； （2）通过功能性近红外脑成像技术探讨刺激左侧额中回改善阅读能力的脑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the improvement effect of non-invasive neuromodulation technology stimulating the left middle frontal gyrus on the reading abilities of school-aged children with developmental dyslexia. (2) Investigate the brain mechanisms behind the improvement of reading abilities through stimulation of the left middle frontal gyrus using functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A.小学一-三年级之间； B.符合ICD-11关于阅读障碍的诊断标准； C.韦氏智力测试总智商85分以上； D.有正常的受教育机会； E.受试者监护人同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

A. Between 1st and 3rd grade in elementary school; B. Meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for reading disorders; C. Have a total IQ of 85 or above on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale; D. Have normal educational opportunities; E. The participant's guardian agrees and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并脑瘫、视觉障碍、听力障碍、癫痫史、遗传、代谢病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Comorbid with cerebral palsy, visual impairment, hearing impairment, history of epilepsy, genetic and metabolic disorders, etc.

采用 SPSS26.0软件生成1-120的随机数字表,每个随机号设置一个盲底信封,内含该编号对应的入组信息,对纳入的患儿依据就诊先后顺序进行编号,将患儿随机分为试验组和对照组。随机数字表及分组信息由随机化人员保管,负责评估的人员不知晓分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using SPSS 26.0 software to generate a random number table from 1 to 120, each random number is assigned a sealed envelope containing the corresponding enrollment information. Children included in the study are numbered according to the order of their visits, and then randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The random number table and grouping information are kept by the personnel responsible for randomization, and those responsible for evaluation are unaware of the group assignments.
