研究目的：

1.明确电针治疗肥胖与焦虑共病患者的临床疗效。 2.从脑区自发活动和脑功能连接角度初步探讨电针改善肥胖与焦虑共病临床症状的脑神经机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating patients with comorbidities of obesity and anxiety. 2. To explore the brain neural mechanism of electroacupuncture in improving clinical symptoms of comorbidity of obesity and anxiety from the perspective of spontaneous brain activity and brain functional connectivity

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合现代医学单纯性肥胖诊断标准； （2）焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分≥50；特质-焦虑量表（STAI）评分≥20； （3）年龄为18~45周岁； （4）性别男女不限，均为右利手； （5）初中及以上文化水平； （6）自愿参加研究并签署书面知情同意书的参与者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for modern medical simple obesity; (2) Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score ≥ 50; Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) score ≥ 20; (3) Age range from 18 to 45 years old; (4) Gender is not limited to men and women, both are right-handed; (5) Junior high school or above education level; (6) Participants who voluntarily participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有内分泌系统疾病和重大疾病需要治疗者； （2）妊娠或哺乳期的妇女； （3）过去1个月参与过针灸治疗； （4）近3个月内服用减肥、抗焦虑抑郁相关药物或接受营养师的减肥治疗的患者； （5）功能磁共振成像（fMRI）禁忌症患者； （6）对针灸具有恐惧感的患者以及不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with endocrine system diseases and major illnesses that require treatment; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Participated in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past month; (4) Patients who have taken weight loss, anti anxiety and depression related drugs or received weight loss treatment from a nutritionist within the past 3 months; (5) Patients with contraindications for functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI); (6) Patients who have a fear of acupuncture and moxibustion and those who cannot cooperate with the treatment.

所有符合纳入标准的受试者根据SPSS25.0软件生成的随机序列，按1：1的比例随机分配到针刺组或对照组。随机序列由独立的临床研究成员准备，他不会参与对受试者的评估或治疗。临床跟诊人员负责招募受试者，获得知情同意，并请求随机分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

According to the random sequence generated by SPSS25.0 software, all subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the acupuncture group or the control group in a ratio of 1:1. The random sequence was prepared by an independent clinical research member who was not involved in the evaluation or treatment of the subjects. Clinical follow-up staff are responsible for recruiting subjects, obtaining informed consent, and requesting random assignment.

本研究针灸师、结局评价者和数据分析者分别由不同人员担任，对结局评价者和数据分析者设盲，考虑到针刺操作的特殊性，不对针灸师设盲。

Blinding：

In this study, acupuncture operator, outcome evaluators and data analysts were appointed by different personnel, and the outcome evaluators and data analysts were blinded. Considering the particularity of acupuncture, acupuncture operator was not blinded.
