研究目的：

探索ERAS方案能否减少老年阴式盆底功能重建患者的住院时间及费用,能否降低并发症及减轻疼痛  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether ERAS protocol can reduce hospital stay and cost, reduce complications and alleviate pain in elderly patients with vaginal pelvic floor reconstruction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准:1,年龄60-80岁;2.因盆腔器官脱垂拟接受盆底手术TVM手术指征需严格符合《盆腔器官脱垂的中国诊治指南(2020年版)》;3.ASA1-2级

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria were: patients of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) scheduled for transvaginal pelvic floor reconstruction surgery aged 60 to 80 years; and an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I or II.

排除标准：

排除标准:1.未满60周岁或超过80岁;2.合并妇科恶性肿瘤;3.急性感染期,术前深静脉血栓形成或高凝状态,空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L,血压>160/100mmHg,肝肾功能不全,精神疾病及其他手术禁忌;4.NSAIDs(非甾体抗炎)用药禁忌(消化性溃疡、NSAIDs过敏史、阿司匹林哮喘史);5.急诊手术;6.糖尿病患者;7.拒绝签署知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients meeting any of the following criteria were excluded from the study: complicated with gynecological malignant tumor, acute infection, diabetes, mental illness and other surgical contraindications, Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) contraindications (peptic ulcer, NSAIDs allergy history, aspirin asthma history), diabetes or emergency surgery.
