研究目的：

角膜移植手术术后，由于炎症反应重，白内障发生常较为常见。由于角膜移植缝线拆除后，角膜散光常较大，对于大于2D以上的角膜散光，患者术后视力及视觉质量差。再次行白内障手术是否会导致角膜移植排斥反应，如何预防排斥反应？都成为了我们关注的重点。本研究拟纳入于我院行角膜移植术后行白内障手术的患者，个性化设计手术方案，植入单焦点或散光矫正型人工晶体，观察术后疗效、排斥反应发生率等。该研究为后续角膜移植术后发生白内障患者的治疗和晶体选择提供重要参考。  

Objectives of Study：

After corneal transplantation, cataract is common due to heavy inflammation. Since corneal astigmatism is usually larger after corneal transplant suture removal, postoperative visual acuity and visual quality of patients with corneal astigmatism larger than 2D are poor. Does having cataract surgery again lead to rejection of corneal transplantation? How to prevent rejection? Have become the focus of our attention. In this study, patients who underwent cataract surgery after keratoplasty in our hospital were enrolled, and the surgical plan was individually designed to implant single-focus or toric iol to observe the postoperative efficacy and the incidence of rejection. This study provides important reference for the treatment and lens selection of patients with cataract after corneal transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）角膜移植术后，角膜拆线1年以上。2）角膜散光大于2.0D，且为规则对称领 结型散光。

Inclusion criteria

1) After corneal transplantation, corneal stitches should be removed for more than 1 year. 2) Corneal astigmatism was greater than 2.0D, and it was regular symmetrical collar type astigmatism.

排除标准：

1）拆线时间短、角膜散光不规则及伴有严重眼底病变、青光眼及 严重全身疾病、精神疾病患者。2）术后失访者视为自动退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with short suture removal time, irregular corneal astigmatism, serious fundus lesions, glaucoma, serious systemic diseases, and mental diseases. 2) Postoperative loss is considered as automatic withdrawal.
