本研究的目的是评估心肺超声在新生儿呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of cardiopulmonary ultrasound in the treatment of respiratory failure in infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准: (1)出生体重＞1500g，胎龄≥32周的婴儿;(2)产后呼吸衰竭。在新生儿中，呼吸衰竭被定义为入住NICU需要呼吸支持(包括有创机械通气(IMV)和/或无创呼吸支持)。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with (1) a birth weight>1500 g and gestational age ≥32 week; and (2) postnatal respiratory failure. In neonates, respiratory failure was defined as admission to the NICU requiring respiratory support (including invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) and/or noninvasive respiratory support).

排除标准：

排除标准:有(1)重大先天性异常的婴儿;(2)消化道畸形;(3)神经肌肉疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Infants with (1) major congenital anomalies; (2) digestive tract malformations; and (3) neuromuscular diseases.
