研究目的：

调查天津地区60岁以上老年人群功能性便秘的现患率和中医证候分布特征，以分析影响发病的因素并探究中医证候分布规律。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the prevalence and distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of functional constipation among the elderly aged over 60 in Tianjin region, in order to analyze the influencing factors of the onset and explore the distribution patterns of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄60岁及以上，性别不限； 2、常住地在天津市内六区； 3、小学以上文化水平，有能力理解并提供调查问卷内容； 4、自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 60 or older, gender not specified; 2. The habitual residence is located within the six inner districts of Tianjin; 3.With an educational attainment of at least primary school level and the ability to understand and provide the contents of the questionnaire; 4.Volunteer to participate in the study;

排除标准：

1、流动人口（国家统计局流动人口统计口径：指人户分离人口中扣除市辖区内人户分离的人口）； 2、精神疾患、严重视听功能障碍人员等无法配合完成调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Floating population (The floating population as defined by the National Bureau of Statistics: It refers to the population whose household registration and residence are separated, excluding those with such separation within the municipal districts.) 2.Persons with mental disorders, severe visual and auditory dysfunctions, and others who are unable to cooperate in completing the survey.
