To study the correlation between ocular biological parameters and corneal endothelial cell parameters in normal population or disease state

纳入标准：

选取就诊于我院的正常人群或患有近视、白内障等疾病的患者

Inclusion criteria

Normal population or patients with myopia, cataract and other diseases were selected from our hospital

排除标准：

患有糖尿病、青光眼、角膜炎、Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良等影响角膜内皮的疾病或眼部有手术史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with diabetes, glaucoma, keratitis, Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy and other diseases affecting the corneal endothelium or patients with a history of eye surgery
