研究目的：

1. 探究周期性作息节律差异与压力、抑郁和焦虑倾向之间的关系，通过多组学检测揭示潜在机制； 2. 考察生活方式因素（如饮食和运动）在上述关系中的中介作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationship between cyclical rhythm differences and stress, depression and anxiety tendencies, and to reveal the underlying mechanisms through multi-omics testing; 2. To explore the mediating role of lifestyle factors (e.g., diet and exercise) in the above relationships.

纳入标准：

1.知情且书面同意。 2.年龄≥18周岁，男女不限。 3.总体健康状况正常，能够理解并遵守研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1.Informed and written consent. 2.Age ≥18 years old, male or female. 3.Normal general health, able to understand and comply with study requirements.

排除标准：

1.当前或既往根据DMS-5诊断标准诊断为双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、分裂情感性精神障碍、神经发育障碍、神经认知障碍者。 2.目前患者存在严重的自杀风险，HAMD-24自杀风险条目≥3分。 3.工作或生活环境光照条件特殊，包括但不限于如地下室、暗室、隧道、摄影棚；或长期上夜班、跨时区工作等。 4.过去3个月内曾使用镇静催眠药物或其他抗抑郁、抗焦虑、抗精神病类药物；过去3个月内酗酒、抽烟和其他精神活性药物滥用史。 5.过去3个月内曾使用药物辅助睡眠。 6. 当前或既往患有睡眠障碍疾病（如不宁腿综合征等）。 7.当前或既往患有任何可能妨碍完成试验的严重伤害、医学或心理疾病，包括卒中等严重的心血管、呼吸系统疾病；甲亢等内分泌疾病；近期手术；急性或慢性疼痛；痴呆症、脑外伤等。 8.排除其他系统重大疾病病史。? 9. 孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Current or previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, neurodevelopmental disorder, neurocognitive disorder according to DMS-5 diagnostic criteria. 2.The patient is currently at significant suicide risk, with a score of ≥ 3 on the HAMD-24 suicide risk item. 3.Special lighting conditions in the working or living environment, including but not limited to basements, dark rooms, tunnels, and studios; or working night shifts for a long time, working across time zones, etc. 4.Use of sedative-hypnotic drugs or other antidepressant, anxiolytic, and antipsychotic drugs within the past 3 months; History of alcoholism, smoking, and other psychoactive substance abuse within the past 3 months. 5.Have used medication to assist sleep in the past 3 months. 6.Current or previous sleep disorders (e.g., restless legs syndrome, etc.). 7.Current or prior suffering from any serious injury, medical or psychological illness that may preclude completion of the trial, including severe cardiovascular, respiratory disease such as stroke; endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism; recent surgery; acute or chronic pain; Dementia, traumatic brain injury, etc. 8.Exclude a history of other systemic major diseases. 9.Pregnant and lactating women.
