研究目的：

采用随机对照试验，验证青少年1型糖尿病自我管理个性化实时支持项目对改善患者自我管理水平、血糖控制和生活质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Using a randomized controlled trial, we verified the effectiveness of a personalized real-time support program for self-management in adolescents with type 1 diabetes on improving patients' self-management skills, metabolic control, and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患儿确诊1型糖尿病至少 6 个月；②年龄 10-18 岁；③目前接受胰岛素强化治疗方案；④能进行普通话交流和阅读。

Inclusion criteria

1.The child has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months; 2. Aged 10-18 years; 3. Currently receiving an intensive insulin treatment plan; 4. Able to communicate and read in Mandarin.

排除标准：

①2 型糖尿病患者；②患有与糖尿病相关的严重并发症；③患有已确诊的严重精神性疾病；④患有重大慢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Type 2 diabetes patients; 2. those with serious complications related to diabetes; 3. individuals with diagnosed severe mental disorders; 4. people with major chronic illnesses.
