比较两种三联降糖方案对2型糖尿病人的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate efficacy and safety of two triple therapy in patients with type 2 idabetes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 新发2型糖尿病； 2. <60岁； 3. HbA1c >=9.0%.

Inclusion criteria

1. newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2. < 60 years old; 3. HbA1c >=9.0%.

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病； 2.eGFR<45; 3.有冠心病、肿瘤、怀孕; 4.应用糖皮质激素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. type 1 diabetes; 2. eGFR<45; 3. having coronary heart disease, tumors, and pregnancy; 4. taking glucocorticoid.
