研究目的：

调查青少年抑郁障碍患者依恋模式、述情障碍及人际关系状况，探究依恋模式、述情障碍及人际关系对青少年抑郁的影响。应用基于IPT的心理护理对抑郁青少年进行干预，探究基于IPT的心理护理对我国青少年抑郁障碍治疗的有效性，为今后我国青少年抑郁障碍的治疗提供新的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the attachment style, alexithymia and interpersonal relationships of adolescent patients with depressive disorder, and exploring the impact of attachment style, alexithymia and interpersonal relationships on adolescent depression. Applying IPT-based psychological nursing to intervene depressed adolescents, exploring the effectiveness of IPT-based psychological nursing in the treatment of depressive disorders in adolescents in my country, and providing new evidence for the future treatment of depressive disorders in adolescents in my country.

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5抑郁诊断标准的患者； 2.年龄12-18岁的患者，性别不限； 3.贝克抑郁量表(Beck Depression Inventory，BDI)在5~20分之间 4.小学及以上文化水平； 5.签署知情同意书，同意接受研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. Patients aged 12-18 years, regardless of gender; 3.The score of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) is between 5 and 20. 4. Primary school education level or above; 5. Sign an informed consent form agreeing to be accepted into the study.

排除标准：

1.伴有精神症状或合并其他严重精神疾病患者； 2.有器质性病变的患者； 3.有物质依赖的患者； 4.研究过程中有严重自杀倾向的患者； 5.不能理解指导语无法完成研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychiatric symptoms or other serious mental illness; 2. Patients with organic lesions; 3.Patients with substance dependence; 4.Patients with severe suicidal tendencies during the course of the study; 5. Patients who cannot understand the instructions and are unable to complete the study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表,采用纸质的形式,记录受试者的症状、体征、一般情况、问卷得分等。及时将所有纸质问卷由两名调查人员分别采用Epidata3.1软件录入,并进行一致性检验,再由研究者复核审查一遍。二为电子采集和管理系统,数据采集后,由两人对数据进行核对并录入Epidata3.1数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection and management consists of two parts. The first part is the case record form, which adopts the form of paper to record the symptoms, signs, general conditions and questionnaire scores of the subjects. All paper questionnaires were recorded in time by two investigators using Epidata3.1 software, and consistency test was carried out, and then reviewed by the researcher. The second is the electronic acquisition and management system. After data collection, two people check the data and enter it into the Epidata3.1 database.
