研究目的：

探索合适的支气管镜检查中麻醉策略，比较阿芬太尼与舒芬太尼靶控输注在支气管镜检查中的安全性与有效性，为临床应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to explore appropriate anesthesia strategies in bronchoscopy,and compare the safety and effectiveness of alfentanil and sufentanil target-controlled infusion in bronchoscopy,and provide reference for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-75岁；BMI＜28；（2）符合气管镜检查条件；（3）近期无镇静镇痛药物使用史；（4）无凝血功能障碍，近期无服用阿司匹林等抗凝药史；（5）同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-75 years old;BMI<28; (2) Meet the conditions for tracheoscopy. (3)No recent history of the use of sedative analgesic drugs. (4) No coagulation dysfunction,no recent history of taking aspirin and other anticoagulants.(5) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）药物过敏，对所使用到的药物过敏；（2）肝肾功能不全；（3）血流动力学不稳定；（4）ASA＞3级；（5）基线SpO2＜94%；（6）精神患者不能配合者；（7）术中出血严重者；（8）Mallampati分级为4级者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Drug allergy,allergy to the drugs used;(2) liver and kidney insufficiency;(3) hemodynamic instability;(4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classi?cation IV or V;(5)the baseline of SpO2<94%;(6)patients who cannot cooperate;(7)severe intraoperative bleeding;
