Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of preoperative chlorhexidine gargle on the incidence of postoperative pneumonia in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级 年龄＞65岁 全身麻醉下气管插管行髋关节置换手术

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA classification I-III 2. Age > 65 years 3. Undergoing hip replacement surgery with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia

排除标准：

1.术前存在呼吸系统感染 2.合并其他肺部疾病、肿瘤等 3.口腔疾病（完全无牙，有口腔手术史，龋齿，粘膜炎，口腔炎，口腔溃疡，念珠菌病等） 4.2周内使用抗生素 5.近1月使用氯己定漱口水 6.拒绝参加本实验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative respiratory infections 2. Combined with other lung diseases, tumors, etc 3.Oral diseases (completely edentulous, history of oral surgery, dental caries, stomatitis, oral mucositis, oral ulcers, candidiasis, etc.) 4. Use of antibiotics within the past 2 weeks 5. Use of chlorhexidine mouthwash within the past month 6. Refusal to participate in this study
