研究目的：

基于死亡风险感知决策意向模型，结合人生回顾干预技术，构建晚期癌症患者-家庭照顾者成对生死教育方案并检验其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the model of death risk perception and decision-making intention, this study attempts to draw on life review intervention and death education system review results , develop a Dyadic Life-and-Death Education Program for people with advanced cancer and their family caregivers and test its effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者： ①经病理或临床确诊为晚期癌症； ②患者知晓自己的疾病诊断、病情及治疗； ③患者预生存期≤1年；年龄≥18 岁。 照顾者： ①照顾时间最多且与患者共同居住的家庭成员； ②同时有几名主要照顾者时，由患者指定1名作为调查对象； ③年龄≥18 岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: ① Diagnosed with advanced cancer through pathology or clinical diagnosis; ② Patients are aware of their disease diagnosis, condition, and treatment; ③ The patient's expected survival period is ≤ 1 year; Age ≥ 18 years old. Caregiver: ① Family members who spend the most time taking care of patients and live together with them; ② When there are several primary caregivers at the same time, the patient shall designate one as the survey subject; ③ Age ≥ 18 years old.

排除标准：

患者： ①卡氏功能状态评分≤ 40分； ②认知障碍(SPMSQ 评分＞2分)； ③沟通交流障碍； ④既往或现患精神疾病。 照顾者： ①无法交流沟通； ②既往或现患精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: ① KPS ≤ 40 points; ② Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ score>2 points); ③ Communication barriers; ④ Past or current mental illness. Caregiver: ① Unable to communicate effectively; ② Past or current mental illness.
