评价针刺治疗慢性失眠的临床有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treating chronic insomnia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1)符合DSM-5 中慢性失眠障碍诊断标准； 2)失眠严重程度指数（Insomnia Severity Index, ISI）≥8分； 3)男女均可，年龄在18岁～65岁(含18岁、65岁) 4)自愿参加本课题研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder in DSM-5 2) Insomnia Severity Index score ≥8 3)18≤ age ≤65 years old, both female and male 4)Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1)排除器质性精神障碍、精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致失眠症； 2)对本方案实验针具过敏者； 3)针刺穴位皮肤破损或因其他原因导致无法施针者； 4)妊娠、备孕、哺乳期女性或未采取有效避孕措施的育龄期妇女； 5)合并有心血管、肾脏、造血系统、肝病等严重原发性疾病者； 6)既往有自杀倾向或行为、重度抑郁症、重度焦虑症者； 7)酒精及药物滥用受试者； 8)最近3个月内参加过其他临床药物或非药物治疗干预的研究者。 9)无法完成实验者或研究者认为其他原因不能入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Having insomnia caused by organic diseases or use of psychotropic substances; (2)Allergy to the acupuncture needle used in this trial; (3)Having skin damage near acupoints or is inability to receive acupuncture due to other reasons; (4)Pregnant or lactating women; (5)Participant with severe diseases such as respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, hematological disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or tumors; (6)Participant with suicidal tendencies or history of suicide attempts; (7)Alcohol and drug abusers; (8)Participant who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; (9)Other conditions considered invalid to participate in the trial by researchers
