研究目的：

构建弥漫性子宫腺肌症保留生育力PUSH术患者的ERAS路径，并探讨其有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct ERAS pathways for patients with diffuse adenomyosis with fertility preservation operation, and to investigate its efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 按照第9版妇产科教材定义，经超声、CA125明确诊断为子宫腺肌症，且子宫增大；(2)18≤年龄≤50岁；(3)术前无明显手术、麻醉禁忌，均为择期手术；(4) 临床资料完整，术后病理证实为子宫腺肌症者；(5)患者及家属同意，并签署ERAS 知情同意书；(6)同一手术团队评估手术并且实施手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the definition of the 9th edition of obstetrics and Gynecology textbook, adenomyosis was diagnosed by ultrasound and CA125, and the uterus was enlarged; (2)18≤ age ≤50 years old; (3) There were no obvious contraindications of operation and anesthesia before operation, and all were elective operations; (4) Patients with complete clinical data and confirmed adenomyosis by postoperative pathology; (5)The patient and his family members agree and sign ERAS informed consent; (6)The same surgical team evaluates and performs the surgery.

排除标准：

(1) 既往糖尿病、高血压、心、脑血管等慢性疾病；(2)合并恶性肿瘤病史者；(3)术前有静脉血栓形成，凝血功能障碍者；(4) 精神疾病严重护认知障碍严重者；(5)重度贫血以上（≤60g/L）；(6)术中更改手术方式，非计划需要再次手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart and cerebrovascular disease; (2) Patients with history of malignant tumor; (3) Patients with preoperative venous thrombosis and coagulation dysfunction; (4) serious mental illness care cognitive impairment serious; (5) Severe anemia or above (≤60g/L); (6) Intraoperative changes in surgical methods, unplanned need for reoperation.
