研究目的：

利用潜在剖面分析（LPA）来探索社区失能老人居家照护需求的潜在类别，有助于研究社区失能老人照护需求的差异，并为不同照顾需求类别的失能老人提供更针对性的照护措施提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Utilizing Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) to explore latent categories of home care needs among community-dwelling disabled elderly individuals is beneficial for studying the variations in caregiving needs among this population. It also provides a theoretical basis for offering more targeted care measures to disabled elderly individuals with different caregiving needs categories

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁;②Barthel指数评分＜100分；③意识清楚、视力或听力不影响正常阅读和沟通交流者；④自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria consisted of: (1) age≥60 years; (2) Barthel Index score < 100; (3) clear consciousness without impairments in vision or hearing affecting normal reading and communication; and (4) voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准: ①既往有精神类疾病史或近3个月内使用抗精神类疾病药物；②既往参加过同类型研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included: (1) history of psychiatric disorders or use of antipsychotic medication in the past three months; and (2) previous participation in similar studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.本研究将设计和使用病例记录表，用于收集社区失能老人居家照护需求的相关数据。包含以下内容： 基本信息：包括参与者的性别、年龄、婚姻状态等。 社会经济信息：如文化程度、家庭月总收入、主要经济来源等。 健康信息：包括医保类型、长护险情况、慢病数量、失能等级等。 2.数据质量控制： 为确保数据质量，我们将采取以下措施： 设计合理的CRF表格，确保字段清晰明确。 培训研究人员，提高数据采集的准确性和一致性。 定期检查，及时发现并纠正错误。 建立数据安全和隐私保护机制，确保参与者信息不被泄露。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. This study will design and use Case Record Forms (CRFs) to collect relevant data on the home care needs of disabled elderly individuals in the community. It will include the following contents: Basic Information: Including participants' gender, age, marital status, etc. Socioeconomic Information: Such as educational level, total monthly household income, primary source of income, etc. Health Information: Including health insurance type, long-term care insurance status, number of chronic diseases, level of disability, etc. 2.Data Quality Control: To ensure data quality, we will take the following measures: Design reasonable CRF forms to ensure clear and specific fields. Train research personnel to improve accuracy and consistency in data collection. Conduct regular inspections to promptly identify and correct errors. Establish data security and privacy protection mechanisms to prevent participant information leakage.
