研究目的：

本研究目的是想探究在需要局部麻醉的深龋治疗中，相比于传统使用行为管理方法告诉-展示-做（TSD），口腔模拟游戏对于缓解儿童牙科恐惧是否有效果更好。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore whether the oral simulation game was more effective than the traditional behavior management method of tell-show-do (TSD) in relieving children's dental fear in the treatment of deep caries requiring local anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 接受初次牙科就诊且没有牙科治疗经验的4-6岁儿童; ② 下颌乳磨牙出现至少一处诊断为深龋病变，需要局部麻醉控制疼痛的儿童，影像学上牙髓健康，无病根或内吸收; ③ 儿童在儿童恐惧调查表-牙科分量表（CFSS-DS）上得分高于38分，表明对牙齿的恐惧; ④ 身体健康，无全身性疾病或过敏史; ⑤ 能够阅读、理解和完成问卷的父母或监护人。

Inclusion criteria

1 .children aged 4-6 years with no previous experience in dental treatment, 2. children with at least one lesion diagnosed as deep caries in the mandibular primary molars and requiring local anesthesia for pain control, who have radiographically healthy pulp, no disease root or internal resorption; 3. children scored higher than 38 points on the Child Fear Questionnaire-dental subscale (CFSS-DS) , indicating fear of teeth; 4. physically healthy with no history of systemic disease or allergy; 5. parents or guardians who can read, understand and complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1.身体或精神残疾的儿童; 2.不愿参加研究或因其他原因无法完成调查的; 3.曾有牙齿治疗经验的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. children with physical or mental disabilities; 2. children who are unwilling to participate in the study or otherwise unable to complete the survey; 3. children who have had dental treatment experience.
