研究目的：

基于具身认知理论的动感共振原理，我们把帕金森疾病的运动功能与语言联系起来，试图探究帕金森病患者的动词产出与理解障碍的认知神经机制，明确运动功能与语言之间的关系，这对于了解帕金森疾病的机理具有重要意义，即运动功能的失调导致了语言感知出现了障碍。同时从动词训练和提高执行功能的角度，改善帕金森病语言障碍的效果。这说明帕金森疾病需要考虑从多个角度执行治疗，不仅仅是运动角度，还有语言的训练和执行功能的训练。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of embodied cognition and the principle of dynamic resonance, we connect the motor function of Parkinson's disease with language, attempting to explore the cognitive neural mechanisms of verb production and comprehension disorders in Parkinson's disease patients, and clarify the relationship between motor function and language. This is of great significance for understanding the mechanism of Parkinson's disease, that is, the dysfunction of motor function leads to language perception disorders. At the same time, from the perspective of verb training and improving executive function, the effect of improving language disorders in Parkinson's disease can be achieved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

帕金森组：1)年龄>18岁，符合2015年国际运动障碍协会帕金森病的诊断标准； 2)H-Y1-3期；统一帕金森评定量表（MDS-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale，MDS-UPDRS）第三部分中“3.1言语”评分为1-3分，基线认知测评结果为非痴呆。3)入组后及研究期间口服抗PD药物种类和剂量保持不变。 健康组：1)年龄>18岁；2)无帕金森疾病以及其他疾病；3)如组后无口服药物等现象。

Inclusion criteria

PD group: 1) Age>18 years old, meets the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease by the 2015 International Association for Movement Disorders; 2) H-Y1-3 phase; The MDS Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS), Part 3, has a 3.1 speech score of 1-3 and a baseline cognitive assessment result of non dementia. 3) The types and doses of oral anti PD drugs remained unchanged after enrollment and during the study period. HC group: 1) Age>18 years old; 2) No Parkinson's disease or other illnesses; 3) If there is no phenomenon of oral medication after the group.

排除标准：

1.继发性帕金森综合征和帕金森叠加综合征； 2.并存除PD以外的神经系统疾病； 3.无法配合临床量表测评、言语训练、执行功能训练、近红外成像检查等; 4.左利手。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Coexistence of neurological disorders other than PD; 3. Unable to cooperate with clinical scale evaluation, speech training, executive function training, near-infrared imaging examination, etc. 4.Left handedness.

李晓红采用基于单位均匀分布的随机数生成方法，即帕金森病人随机生成一个序列，按1:1:1随机分配入速度动词训练组（组1）、部位动词训练组（组2）、威斯康星测试训练组（组3），每组30例。

Xiaohong Li used a random number generation method based on unit uniform distribution, in which Parkinson's patients randomly generated a sequence and were randomly assigned to a speed verb training group (Group 1), a part verb training group (Group 2), and a Wisconsin test training group (Group 3) at a ratio of 1:1:1, with 30 cases in each group.
