研究目的：

拟从不同运动方式干预老年性肌少症患者，观察不同运动干预对老年性肌少症患者的健康功能的影响。并对运动干预老年性肌少症的机制做深入的探究，以明确运动对老年性肌少症患者的干预作用及其可能机制。从而为老年性肌少症患者寻求一种简单有效的运动干预方式，以期为运动干预在老年性肌少症临床领域的应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

It is proposed to intervene in geriatric sarcopenia patients from different exercise modalities to observe the effects of different exercise interventions on the health functions of geriatric sarcopenia patients. And the mechanism of exercise intervention in geriatric sarcopenia will be explored in depth, in order to clarify the intervention effect of exercise on geriatric sarcopenia patients and its possible mechanism. Thus, we seek a simple and effective way of exercise intervention for geriatric sarcopenia patients in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of exercise intervention in the clinical field of geriatric sarcopenia.

纳入标准：

A.符合亚洲肌少症工作组在 2019 年发布的诊断标准； B.年龄为 60-90 岁； C.不使用辅助工具,能够独立行走； D.自愿参加本研究； E.受试者理解并签署了知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

A. meet the diagnostic criteria published by the Asian Hypomuscular Disease Working Group in 2019; B. be aged 60-90 years; C. be able to walk independently without the use of assistive devices; D. voluntarily participate in the present study; E. the subjects understood and signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

A.不能配合完成问卷调查或拒绝签署知情同意书； B.不能完成体能测试，包括握力、步行速度、体成分等测量； C.正在进行其他疗法的治疗者； D.合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病或全身衰竭、精神病、衰竭、精神病、恶性肿瘤、血友病以及有出血倾向的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

A. Inability to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or refusal to sign the informed consent form; B. Inability to complete the physical fitness test, including measurements of grip strength, walking speed, and body composition; C. Those who are undergoing other therapies; D. Patients with comorbidities of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems and other serious primary diseases or systemic failure, psychiatric disorders, failure, mental illnesses, malignant neoplasms, hemophiliacs, and those who are predisposed to hemorrhage;
