研究目的：

本研究基于全国多中心的前瞻性疾病登记和回顾性分析， 主要目的为评价我国 CIDP 患者的疾病状态、 诊断和治疗现状，次要目的为估算北京地区的 CIDP 患病率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on a national multi-center prospective disease registry and retrospective analysis, the main objective of this study was to evaluate the disease status, diagnosis and treatment status of CIDP patients in China, and the secondary objective was to estimate the prevalence of CIDP in Beijing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 疾病登记期间前来就诊的 CIDP 或自身免疫性朗飞结病患者。 2. 对于 CIDP 患者， 需符合 2021 年欧洲神经病学学会联合周围神经学会（EAN/PNS） CIDP 指南中的诊断标准；对于自身免疫性朗飞结病患者， 除需符合 2021 年 EAN/PNS 指南中对于 CIDP 的诊断标准外，还需要满足朗飞结/结旁抗体（例如，抗 NF155 抗 体，抗 CNTN1 抗体，抗 Caspr1 抗体，抗 Caspr1/CNTN1 复合体抗体，或抗 NF186/NF140 抗体）阳性。 3. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with CIDP or autoimmune Langerhans' disease who came to the clinic during disease registration. 2. For patients with CIDP, the diagnostic criteria in the CIDP guidelines of the European Academy of Neurology and the Peripheral Nerve Society (EAN/PNS) in 2021 should be met for patients with autoimmune Langfei 's disease, in addition to the diagnostic criteria for CIDP in the EAN/PNS guidelines in 2021, Langfei' s/paranodal antibodies (e.g., anti-NF155 antibody, anti-CNTN1 antibody, anti-Caspr1 antibody, anti-Caspr1/CNTN1 complex antibody, or anti-NF186/NF140 antibody) should also be met. 3. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 电生理检查结果或脑脊液检查结果缺失。 2. 患有精神疾病，合并多脏器功能不全，或极危重状态等情况，无法完成资料收集和 评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Electrophysiological examination results or cerebrospinal fluid examination results are missing. 2. Patients with mental illness, combined with multiple organ dysfunction, or very critical state, who cannot complete the data collection and evaluation.
