研究目的：

（1）研究新型通用型导航工具在计算机辅助种植手术中不同位点的备孔精度。 （2）比较分析两种类型导航工具对计算机辅助种植手术的备孔精度影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To study the accuracy of the new general navigation tools at different sites in computer-aided implant surgery. (2) To compare and analyze the influence of two types of navigation tools on the accuracy of in computer-aided implant surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）大于18周岁。 2）无种植禁忌症，耐受普通的种植手术。 3）后牙区缺牙部位骨量足够，无需附加手术。 4）签署知情同意书，对临床研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) More than 18 years old. 2) There is no contraindication to implantation, and it is tolerant of common implantation surgery. 3) There is enough bone mass in the missing part of the posterior tooth area, and no additional operation is needed. 4) Sign the informed consent form and give informed consent to the clinical research.

排除标准：

1）存在局部或全身种植手术禁忌证； 2）活动性牙周炎； 3）严重吸烟、酗酒等不良习惯； 4）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 5）精神病患者； 6）严重夜磨牙患者； 7）开口受限导致无法在导板引导下进行手术者

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are contraindications for local or systemic implant surgery; 2) Active periodontitis; 3) Bad habits such as serious smoking and drinking; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Mental patients; 6) Patients with severe night molars; 7) Those who cannot perform surgery under the guidance of the guide plate due to the limited opening.

随机数法：任意生成一组随机数（或从随机数表中得到），然后从随机数字表中一个随机起点(任一排或一列)，开始从左向右或从右向左、向上或向下抽取，将其生成的顺序与患者前来就诊的顺序一一对应，偶数对应的患者纳入实验组，奇数对应的患者纳入对照组。

Random number method: randomly generate a group of random numbers (or get them from the random number table), and then extract them from a random starting point (any row or column) in the random number table from left to right or from right to left, up or down, and the order of generation corresponds to the order of patients coming to see a doctor one by one. Even-numbered patients are included in the experimental group, and odd-numbered patients are included in the control group.
