研究目的: |
儿科急症的特点为发病急,病情变化快,能否快速、准确判断病情、及时实施正确的救治方案,决定了能否成功救治。目前,急诊教学方法传统单一,导致急诊岗位护士缺乏急救思维,整个抢救过程中的参与感较弱。探讨一种还原真实临床场景和心理状态、运行成本低的培训模式,提高儿童急救能力,是迫切需要解决的问题。原位模拟是一种将理和操作融入临床实践的教学模式,以增强沉浸感和体验感。形成性评价是一种在教学过程中获得反馈信息,改进教学效果而进行的评价,采用评估→反馈→调节→评估的环状结构,促进教学双方在自我反思中达到教学目的。原位模拟具有可真实性、重复性、安全性,形成性评价体系有助于学员学习积极性及成绩的提高,两者结合为学习实践提供更好的平台。国内学者把模拟培训与形成性评价结合用于助产培训中达到较好的培训效果。目前原位模拟结合形成性评价在急诊岗位护士儿童急救技能培训上的研究甚少。本课题拟对急诊岗位护士进行原位模拟-收集反馈信息-再次原位模拟再次反馈的培训,使用急救技能评分量表评价学员培训前后儿童急救技能,以探讨原位模拟结合形成性评价对提高急诊岗位护士儿童急救能力的影响。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The characteristics of pediatric emergencies are rapid onset and rapid changes in the condition. The ability to quickly and accurately assess the condition and implement the correct treatment plan in a timely manner determines the success of treatment. At present, the traditional and single teaching methods in emergency care have led to a lack of first aid thinking among emergency nurses, resulting in a weak sense of participation throughout the entire rescue process. Exploring a low-cost training model that can reproduce real clinical scenarios and psychological states, and improve children's emergency response abilities, is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed. In situ simulation is a teaching model that integrates theory and operation into clinical practice to enhance immersion and experience. Formative evaluation is an evaluation conducted during the teaching process to obtain feedback information and improve teaching effectiveness. It adopts a circular structure of evaluation, feedback, regulation, and evaluation to promote both teaching parties to achieve teaching goals through self reflection. In situ simulation has the characteristics of realism, repeatability, and safety. A formative evaluation system helps to improve students' learning motivation and grades, and the combination of the two provides a better platform for learning practice.
