研究目的：

腋窝淋巴结的评估在乳腺癌的治疗中有着非常重要的作用，以往的腋窝淋巴结清扫或前哨淋巴结活检虽然可以精准评估腋窝淋巴结状态，但腋窝的损伤难以避免，而基于常规超声的淋巴结转移风险预测模型准确率又相对偏低，本课题希望通过对经皮超声造影在乳腺癌腋窝前哨淋巴结检查中的应用研究，建立术前腋窝前哨淋巴结转移风险预测模型，能够更加准确的进行术前腋窝前哨淋巴结的评估，筛选出腋窝淋巴结转移低危患者，从而进一步豁免腋窝前哨淋巴结活检手术。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of axillary lymph nodes plays a very important role in the treatment of breast cancer. Although axillary lymph node dissection or sentinel lymph node biopsy can accurately evaluate the status of axillary lymph nodes in the past, axillary damage is difficult to avoid, and the accuracy of lymph node metastasis risk prediction model based on conventional ultrasound is relatively low. By studying the application of percutaneous CEUS in axillary sentinel lymph node examination of breast cancer, this project hopes to establish a risk prediction model for axillary sentinel lymph node metastasis before surgery, so as to more accurately evaluate axillary sentinel lymph node before surgery, screen out low-risk patients with axillary lymph node metastasis, and further exempt axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.早期浸润性乳腺癌；2.单发病灶；3.肿瘤≤5cm；4.影像学检查未提示腋窝淋巴结转移或已完善腋窝淋巴结细针穿刺结果提示阴性；

Inclusion criteria

1. Early invasive breast cancer; 2. Single lesion; 3. Tumor ≤5cm; 4. Imaging examination did not indicate axillary lymph node metastasis or fine needle puncture results of axillary lymph nodes were negative.

排除标准：

炎性乳腺癌、妊娠期乳腺癌、术前已接受过新辅助化疗、有腋窝手术史及放疗史、六氟化硫过敏史、组织学或细胞学已确诊腋窝淋巴结肿瘤受累。

Exclusion criteria：

inflammatory breast cancer, breast cancer during pregnancy, preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, history of axillary surgery and radiotherapy, history of sulfur hexafluoride allergy, histological or cytological confirmation of axillary lymph node tumor involvement.
