研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照试验的办法来验证超声波联合运动治疗对非特异性腰痛患者的生活质量及疼痛的改善状况，并同常规的超声波治疗进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized controlled trial was conducted to verify the improvement of quality of life and pain in patients with non-specific low back pain by ultrasound combined with exercise therapy, and to compare it with conventional ultrasound therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

非特异性腰痛患者，年龄18岁-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with non-specific low back pain, aged 18-70 years.

排除标准：

（1)语言障碍或者交际障碍;(2)有严重运动禁忌如：心血管或骨关节问题;(3)有其他重大疾病或者精神疾病;(4)曾接受气功锻炼或其他有计划运动锻炼的；（5）有沟通或语言障碍，无法独立或在工作人员帮助下完成问卷调查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Language barriers or communication barriers; (2) Have serious movement contraindications such as: cardiovascular or bone and joint problems; (3) Having any other serious illness or mental illness; (4) have received Qigong exercise or other planned exercise; (5) Have communication or language barriers, unable to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of staff.

干预措施：

治疗持续6周，每周进行超声治疗2次。本实验中选用剂量为1.5-3w/cm2进行治疗，治疗时采用工作频率选用更具有穿透效果的1MHz，占空比选用60-80%，单次治疗时间为8-10分钟，选用连续波进行治疗。

Intervention：

Treatment lasted for 6 weeks with ultrasound therapy twice a week. In this experiment, the dose was 1.5-3w/cm2 for treatment, the working frequency was 1MHz with more penetrating effect, the duty cycle was 60-80%, the single treatment time was 8-10 minutes, and continuous wave was used for treatment.
