探究BTLA+ /CD4+ T淋巴细胞在脓毒症患者病情进展中所起的作用及其与预后的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to explore the potential role of BTLA during sepsis and find its correlation with prognosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①入住大连市友谊医院ICU的第1个24小时内确诊为脓毒症的患者；②ICU住院时间超过48小时；③年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with sepsis within the first 24 hours after admission to the ICU of Dalian Friendship Hospital; The length of ICU stay is more than 48 hours; Age ≥18 years old.

排除标准：

①存在HIV、病毒性肝炎、先天性血液病、免疫性疾病及糖尿病、免疫缺陷疾病等免疫功能异常；②已用过免疫调节剂的人群；③入院三天前已存在脓毒症表现；④拒绝同意的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The presence of HIV, viral hepatitis, congenital blood diseases, immune diseases, diabetes, immune deficiency diseases and other immune function abnormalities; ② People who have used immunomodulators; ③ There were symptoms of sepsis three days before admission; ④ Patients who refuse to consent.
