研究目的：

1.探讨肠道菌群、抗菌肽及幽门螺旋杆菌三者间的相关性，证实肠道菌群通过分泌抗菌肽调控幽门螺旋杆菌的活性和致病能力，从而缓解萎缩性胃炎的发生发展； 2.探究Piezo1等关键蛋白在萎缩性胃炎进展中的作用，及其与肠道菌群、抗菌肽、幽门螺旋杆菌之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the correlation between intestinal flora, antimicrobial peptides and Helicobacter pylori, and confirm that intestinal flora regulates the activity and pathogenic ability of helicobacter pylori by secreting antimicrobial peptides, thus alleviating the occurrence and development of atrophic gastritis; 2. Explore the role of Piezo1 and other key proteins in the progression of atrophic gastritis, and the relationship between PIEZO1 and intestinal flora, antimicrobial peptides, and helicobacter pylori.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18~70岁；
2.依据《中国慢性胃炎诊治指南(2022年，上海)》诊断标准明确诊断为萎缩性胃炎，胃镜检查及活检定位黏膜上皮有萎缩、肠化、上皮内瘤变(异型增生)等病理改变，采用新悉尼系统取样法(胃窦和胃体各取2块，胃角取1块)取样后，根据慢性胃炎相关的OLGA/OLGIM分期进行病理评估；

Inclusion criteria

1.The age ranges from 18 to 70 years old;
2.The diagnosis of atrophic gastritis was confirmed according to the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Gastritis in China (Shanghai 2022). Pathological changes such as mucosal epithelium atrophy, enterization, and intraepithelial neoplasia (dysplasia) were identified by gastroscopy and biopsy. After sampling with the new Sydney system method (2 pieces from the gastric antrum and the stomach body, and 1 piece from the stomach corner), Pathological evaluation was performed according to OLGA/OLGIM staging associated with chronic gastritis;

排除标准：

1.伴有消化性溃疡、胃黏膜高度发育不良或病理诊断疑似恶性肿瘤患者；
2.患有严重的心肺及肝肾功能障碍者；
3.既往有酗酒史；
4.长期服用NSAIDs药物者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with peptic ulcer, hyperplasia of gastric mucosa or suspected malignant tumor by pathological diagnosis;
2.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction;
3.A history of alcohol abuse;
4.Long-term use of NSAIDs drugs;
