研究目的：

通过对中国 0-3 岁小于胎龄儿生长发育规律的多中心队列研究，获得中国小于胎龄儿（SGA）的发生率，评估相关高危因素，探索出生后 3 年的生长发育规律。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multicenter cohort study on the growth and development of 0-3 year old infants in China, the incidence of small for gestational age (SGA) in China was obtained, and related risk factors were evaluated to explore the growth and development of 3 years after birth.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一阶段： 1.在规定时间段内（2 个月内）出生的活产新生儿（单胎或多胎）； 2.父母、责任父母或法定监护人已经签署知情同意书。 第二阶段： 1.SGA 组：第一阶段中判断出来为 SGA 的婴幼儿全部纳入； 2.非 SGA 组：身长、体重和头围等生长指标正常的婴幼儿纳入非 SGA 组； 3.父母或法定监护人已经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The first stage: 1. Live newborns (single or multiple) born within a specified period of time (within 2 months); 2. Informed consent has been signed by the parent, responsible parent or legal guardian. The second stage: 1.SGA group: All infants and young children identified as SGA in the first stage were included; 2. Non-sga group: Infants with normal growth indicators such as body length, body weight and head circumference were included in the non-SGA group; 3. Parents or legal guardians have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

第一阶段： 1.无法通过末次月经或产前 B 超检查获知胎龄者； 2. 出生时死亡者； 3.因出生时严重合并症无法在 24 小时内获得体重者； 4.出生时有影响体格测量指标的疾患，如脑积水、肢体畸形、外观异常、形态异常、胎儿水肿等； 5.父母或法定监护者无法遵守试验方案； 6. 研究者认为不适合参加临床研究的患者。 第二阶段： 1.父母或法定监护人无法遵守试验程序； 2.研究者认为不适合参加临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The first stage: 1. Gestational age can not be obtained through the last menstrual or prenatal B-ultrasound examination; 2. death at birth; 3. Unable to gain weight within 24 hours due to severe complications at birth; 4. Diseases affecting physical measurement indicators at birth, such as hydrocephalus, limb deformity, abnormal appearance, abnormal shape, fetal edema, etc.; 5. Failure of the parent or legal guardian to comply with the trial protocol; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for clinical study by the investigator. The second stage: 1. The parent or legal guardian is unable to comply with the trial procedure; 2. Patients deemed unsuitable for clinical study by the investigator.
