研究目的：

（1）调查慢性精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的患病率；（2）探索精神分裂症和正常对照之间血浆IL1、IL6、CRP水平的可能差异，并检验精神分裂症中IL1、IL6、CRP之间可能的相互作用；（3）并根据人口统计学、症状和生化指标进一步确定精神分裂症抑郁症状的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) to investigate the prevalence of chronic schizophrenia with depressive symptoms; (2) to explore the possible differences in plasma IL1, IL6, and CRP levels between schizophrenia and normal controls, and to examine the possible interactions between IL1, IL6, and CRP in schizophrenia; (3) further identify risk factors for depressive symptoms in schizophrenia based on demographic, symptomatic, and biochemical indicators

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18岁;(2)根据DSM-IV标准诊断为精神分裂症;(3)服用抗精神病药病情稳定至少半年;(4)国语作为母语

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥ 18 years old; (2) Diagnosis of schizophrenia according to DSM-IV criteria; (3) Be in stable condition on antipsychotic drugs for at least half a year; (4) Chinese as mother tongue

排除标准：

（1）目前怀孕或哺乳期；（2）诊断其它重性精神障碍；（3）诊断影响中枢神经系统的急性、慢性非精神疾病；（4）急性、慢性感染或近3个月接受抗炎或免疫制剂治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Currently pregnant or lactating; (2) diagnosis of other major mental disorders; (3) diagnosis of acute and chronic non-psychiatric diseases affecting the central nervous system; (4) Acute or chronic infection or treatment with anti-inflammatory or immunological agents in the past 3 months.
