研究目的：

临床工作中仍然迫切需要一个针对金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎（staphylococcal aureus pneumonia）的早期诊断方案，来协助医生在第一时间精确地推断病原种类，指导医生及时调整抗生素。  

Objectives of Study：

There is still an urgent need for an early diagnostic plan for Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia in clinical practice to assist doctors in accurately inferring the type of pathogen in the first place and guiding them to adjust antibiotics in a timely manner.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

我们拟纳入较大样本量的肺炎病例，充分考量患者的基础健康情况、症状、体征、检验、影像学等数据。使用机器学习的方法将数据标准化，对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的肺部影像学特征进行抓取，并通过主成分分析、聚类分析等方法来精简自变量，最终构建一个便于临床使用的金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎评分表（Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia rating scale，SAPS），来评价金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的可能性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

We plan to include a large sample size of pneumonia cases, fully considering the patient's basic health condition, symptoms, signs, tests, imaging data, and other factors. Using machine learning methods to standardize data, capture imaging features of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia in the lungs, and simplify independent variables through principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and other methods, ultimately constructing a Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia rating scale (SAPS) for clinical use to evaluate the possibility of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia. 

纳入标准：

年龄大于等于16岁肺炎的患者。但应具备相对完整的病历资料，包括上述年龄、基础疾病、体重指数等自变量信息。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 16 years or older with pneumonia. But it should have relatively complete medical record data, including independent variables such as age, underlying disease, body mass index, etc.

排除标准：

同时患有如恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全等疾病，存在严重免疫功能不全，包括放化疗、白血病、HIV患者。已经在其他类似研究中参与过的患者，以避免数据重复和潜在的研究偏倚。进入实验后无法取得病原学结果或病原学结果与临床情况不符合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Simultaneously suffering from diseases such as malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe immune dysfunction, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, leukemia, and HIV patients. Patients who have already participated in similar studies to avoid data duplication and potential research bias. Patients who are unable to obtain pathogenic results or whose pathogenic results do not match clinical conditions after entering the experiment.
