研究目的：

（1）总结出FNS+PRP手术相对于髋关节置换手术对于老年股骨颈患者的优劣势。 （2）总结出FNS+PRP手术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的最适合的年龄段。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of FNS+PRP surgery compared to hip replacement surgery for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. (2) Identify the most suitable age range for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures to undergo FNS+PRP surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

实验组：使用FNS+PRP手术治疗老年股骨颈骨折，对照组：使用髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Experimental group: FNS+PRP surgery was used to treat elderly femoral neck fractures; Control group: hip arthroplasty was used to treat elderly femoral neck fractures. 

纳入标准：

（1）患者诊断为股骨颈骨折且为新鲜骨折（受伤3周内）；（2）患者年龄在60-75岁之间；（3）入院后行FNS+PRP治疗或髋关节置换手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient was diagnosed with a femoral neck fracture, which was a fresh fracture (within 3 weeks of injury); (2) The patient’s age ranged from 60 to 75 years old; (3) After admission, the patient underwent FNS+PRP treatment or hip replacement surgery.

排除标准：

（1）患者有偏瘫、小儿麻痹症等影响肢体功能的基础疾病。（2）患者为下肢多发骨折。（3）患者入院前存在肺部感染、压疮等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient suffers from basic diseases that affect limb functions, such as hemiplegia. (2) The patient has multiple fractures in the lower limbs. (3) Before admission, the patient was suffering from diseases such as lung infection and pressure sores.
