研究目的：

研究子宫内膜异位症的开始与失巢凋亡相关基因之间的任何可能的关联，使用机器学习方法进行特征选择，对EM相关的失巢凋亡相关基因进行筛查，检验我们的模型在EM患者中的诊断有效性，并采集临床样本进行验证。除了为子宫内膜异位症的病理生理学提供新的见解外，我们的工作还确定了新的潜在治疗靶点和诊断工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate any possible associations between the onset of endometriosis and anoikis-related genes, to use machine learning methods for feature selection, to screen EM-associated anoikis-related genes, to test the diagnostic validity of our model in EM patients, and to collect clinical samples for validation. In addition to providing new insights into the pathophysiology of endometriosis, our work identified new potential therapeutic targets and diagnostic tools.

病例组纳入标准：年龄30-50岁(未绝经)；无其他严重健康问题；未接受相关治疗；确诊该疾病 对照组纳入标准：年龄30-50岁(未绝经)；无其他严重健康问题；未接受相关治疗；排除该疾病
