研究目的：

本项目旨在研究低强度聚焦超声（Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound, LIFU）与超短波疗法（Shortwave Diathermy, SWD）联合应用于骨关节炎（Osteoarthritis, OA）治疗中的临床效果和安全性，优化非侵入性物理治疗因子治疗方案，以满足临床的需求。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to investigate the application of Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (LIFU) combined with Shortwave Diathermy (SWD) in Osteoarthritis. Clinical efficacy and safety in osteoarthritis therapy, optimizing non-invasive physical therapy factor therapy regimen to meet clinical needs.

纳入标准：

年龄大于18 岁，患有 OA 并伴有慢性软组织损伤性疼痛的患者

Inclusion criteria

Age over 18, patient with osteoarthritis with chronic soft tissue injury pain

排除标准：

①风湿和类风湿关节炎、感染性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等其他关节疾患。②关节局部皮肤破溃、皮肤感染、严重手术或外伤性瘢痕、关节局部恶性肿瘤及关节置换术患者。③其他原因引起的关节疼痛及功能障碍的患者。④伴有活动性消化道溃疡及出血，严重肝、肾功能不全，凝血功能障碍或有出血倾向的患者。⑤患有严重器质性心脏病，如心肌梗死、心力衰竭、严重心律失常、心脏起搏器植入的患者，及未经治疗或药物不能控制的高血压患者。⑥合并严重神经、精神疾病不能配合医师治疗的患者。⑦合并全身胶原结缔组织疾病患者，如系统性红斑狼疮等。⑧无法理解问卷调查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Rheumatism and other joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, infectious arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc Patients with joint local skin rupture, skin infection, severe surgical or traumatic scars, joint local malignant tumors, and joint replacement surgery Patients with joint pain and functional impairment caused by other reasons Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, or a tendency to bleed Patients with severe organic heart disease, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, and untreated or uncontrolled hypertension Patients with severe neurological and psychiatric disorders who cannot cooperate with physician treatment Patients with combined systemic collagen and connective tissue diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus Patients who cannot understand the questionnaire survey.
