研究目的：

将多节段脊髓型颈椎病中脊髓前方致压物分型为软性致压物和骨性致压物，根据致压物大小分为轻型（MRI上致压物与椎管比率＜50％）、重型（MRI上致压物与椎管比率≥50％），观察颈椎后路单开门术后软性致压物与骨性致压物、轻型与重型患者的疗效差异，确定将脊髓前方致压物分型的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Long segmental spinal cord in myelopathic type cervical vertebra disease causes pressure material classification as soft cause ahead and osseous is crushed under pressure, according to the pressure caused by physical size is divided into light (thing to pressure on the MRI and spinal canal ratio < 50%) and heavy (MRI to press on with spinal canal ratio is 50% or higher), observe the cervical posterior single door of crushed under the pressure and osseous to following soft, light and heavy patient curative effects, To determine the significance of the classification of pressors in front of the spinal cord.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中国第二届全国颈椎病专题座谈会纪要中CSM 诊断标准，患者存在渐进性四肢感觉、运动或括约肌功能障碍，X线片显示合并发育性或退变性颈椎管狭窄；②MRI显示脊髓呈多节段受压，受压节段位于颈3~颈7水平之内；③已经行颈后路椎管扩大成形术。

Inclusion criteria

① The patient met the diagnostic criteria of CSM in the Proceedings of the Second National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis in China. The patient had progressive sensory, motor or sphincter dysfunction of the limbs, and X-ray films showed developmental or degenerative cervical canal stenosis. ②MRI showed that the spinal cord was compressed in multiple segments, and the compressed segments were located within the level of neck 3 to 7. ③ Posterior cervical extension of spinal canal plasty has been performed.

排除标准：

①颈椎前凸消失或后凸畸形者；②合并局部或全身感染者；③颈椎不稳者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Cervical lordosis disappeared or kyphosis deformity; ② Combined with local or systemic infection;③Cervical instability.
