Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy and prognosis of percutaneous posterior endoscopic cervical discectomy and collagenase chemolysis in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.表现为典型单侧神经根压迫症状者； 2.年龄≥18岁，≤75岁； 3.经历3个月及以上保守治疗但疗效不理想者； 4.术前颈椎影像学示突出偏向患侧压迫神经且与患者临床症状、体征相符; 5.VAS评分≥5分，满分10分 ; 6.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Symptoms of typical unilateral nerve root compression; 2.Age ≥ 18 years old, ≤ 75 years old; 3.Those who have undergone conservative treatment for 3 months or more but have not achieved satisfactory results ; 4.The preoperative cervical spine imaging showed protrusion leaning towards the affected side and compressing the nerves, which was consistent with the patient's clinical symptoms and signs; 5.VAS score ≥ 5 points, out of 10 points; 6.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.混合型颈椎病者，同时存在肩周炎、腕管综合征、胸廓出口综合征等其他可诱发上肢疼痛的疾病; 2.合并颈椎外伤、严重脊柱畸形以及颈椎感染等疾病。 3.严重心肺功能不全不能耐受手术者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with mixed cervical spondylosis also have other diseases that can induce upper limb pain, such as scapulohumeral periarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome; 2.Complications include cervical spine trauma, severe spinal deformities, and cervical infection. 3.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate surgery
