研究目的：

（1）观察摄入益生菌短双歧杆菌ProSci-106前后，抽动症患者临床症状的改善情况，评估益生菌短双歧杆菌ProSci-106对抽动症的辅助治疗效果以及对药物不良反应的改善情况。 （2）收集摄入益生菌短双歧杆菌ProSci-106前后临床指标、粪便样本和血液样本，分析患者神经递质、炎症因子、肠道菌群、代谢产物的变化，阐述其影响抽动症发生发展的可能机制。 （3）探究益生菌对神经递质、肠道菌群及其代谢产物的调控作用，为抽动症的治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of tic disorder patients before and after the intake of Bifidobacterium breve ProSci-106, and evaluate the adjuvant treatment effect of Bifidobacterium breve ProSci-106 on tic disorder and the improvement of adverse drug reactions. (2) Clinical indicators, stool samples and blood samples were collected before and after ingestion of Bifidobacterium breve ProSci-106, and changes in neurotransmitters, inflammatory factors, gut microbiota and metabolites of patients would be analyzed, and mechanisms affecting the occurrence and development of tic disorder wil be explored. (3) Exploring the regulatory effects of Bifidobacterium breve ProSci-106 on neurotransmitters, gut microbiota and their metabolites, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of tic disorder's.

纳入标准：

1. 法定监护人知悉同意，自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书； 2. 年龄为6-14岁，无性别限制； 3. 参考美国精神病学会《精神神经病诊断统计手册》（DSM-5）标准诊断为抽动障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. The legal guardian knows and agrees to participate in the study voluntarily and signs the informed consent; 2. Age 6-14 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. Refer to the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (DSM-5) criteria for diagnosis of tic disorder.

排除标准：

1. 不符合以上纳入标准者； 2. 对菌粉或其成分过敏者； 3. 合并消化系统、免疫系统等原发性疾病，或患有其他严重疾病的患者； 4. 在医生的建议下进行饮食和运动疗法； 5. 近一个月内使用过抗生素、益生菌或合生元； 6. 排除可用其他疾病解释的不自主运动者，如风湿性舞蹈症、亨廷顿舞蹈症、肝豆状核变性、多动症、肌痉挛、癔症发作和其他锥体外系疾病等； 7. 近一个月内参加过其他临床试验； 8. 不愿意提供个人信息，不希望进入研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. People who are allergic to probiotics or its ingredients; 3. Patients with primary diseases such as digestive system and immune system, or suffering from other serious diseases; 4. Diet and exercise therapy as recommended by a doctor; 5. Have used antibiotics, probiotics or Biostime within the last month; 6. Exclude involuntary movements that can be explained by other diseases, such as rheumatic chorea, Huntington's disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, hyperactivity disorder, muscle spasms, hysterical attacks, and other extrapyramidal diseases; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within the past month; 8. Subjects who are unwilling to provide personal information and do not wish to be included in the study.
