研究目的：

本实验拟评估布比卡因脂质体和罗哌卡因在胸腔镜胸科手术中进行肋间神经阻滞的术后镇痛效果，为胸科手术使用布比卡因脂质体行肋间神经阻滞提供临床经验及理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the postoperative analgesic effect of bupivacaine liposome and ropivacaine in intercostal nerve block in thoracoscopic thoracic surgery, and to provide clinical experience and theoretical basis for the use of bupivacaine liposome for intercostal nerve block in thoracic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行胸腔镜辅助下肺占位切除术；
2.无癌症转移病人；
3.ASAⅠ～III级；
4.年龄18～70岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Elective thoracoscopic assisted pulmonary mass resection;
2.Patients without cancer metastases;
3.ASAI.~III;
4.Age 18~70 years old;

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍；
2.神经阻滞部位有手术史或存在畸形或并发神经相关性疾病；
3.患有全身慢性疾病且未处于控制良好阶段；
4.严重肝肾功能障碍；
5.严重电解质紊乱；
6.甲状腺功能亢进；
7.精神障碍不能配合；
8.药物过敏；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Coagulation dysfunction;
2.History of surgery or malformation or concurrent neurological related diseases at the nerve block site;
3.Systemic chronic diseases that are not in a well-controlled stage;
4.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
5.Severe electrolyte disorders;
6.Hyperthyroidism;
7.Mental disorders that cannot cooperate;
8.Drug allergies;
