本研究旨在通过随机对照试验，评估非讲座学习法对护理伦理学教学的影响，为未来的教育实践提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of non-lecture based learning on nursing ethics teaching through a randomized controlled trial, and to provide scientific basis for future educational practice.

纳入标准：

实习学生年满18周岁，有3个月以上临床实习经验，过去未参加过伦理学课程或伦理学培训。

Inclusion criteria

Internship students are at least 18 years old, have more than 3 months clinical practice experience, and have not participated in ethics courses or ethics training in the past.

排除标准：

之前参加过专门的伦理学培训或不愿参加本研究的学生。

Exclusion criteria：

Students who have previously received specialized ethics training or are unwilling to participate in this study.

采用SPSS 26.0 (SPSS Inc.， Chicago, IL, USA)生成随机数字序列进行随机分组。随机码被生成并密封在信封中。在研究之前，每个学生都打开了一个密封的信封，里面装有随机化代码。

Random grouping was applied using SPSS 26.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) to generate random number sequence. The randomization code was generated and sealed in the envelopes. Before the study, a sealed envelope containing the randomization code was opened for every student.
