研究目的：

探索经鼻罩行预充氧联合窒息氧合对肥胖患者氧合效果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of pre-oxygenation combined with apneic oxygenation through nasal mask on the oxygenation effect of obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18岁≤年龄≤65岁 2) ASA I-III级，BMI＞28kg/m2 3) 实施全麻的择期手术患者 4) 患者自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18-65 years 2.ASA grade I-II,BMI>28kg/m2 3.Elective surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia 4.Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1) 慢性呼吸系统疾病；未控制的高血压；充血性心力衰竭； 2) 鼻塞，鼻部病变 3) 孕妇，贫血 4) 误吸高风险患者（如肠梗阻等） 5) 无法耐受高碳酸血症的患者（肺动脉高压，神经占位性病变）

Exclusion criteria：

1) Chronic respiratory diseases; Uncontrolled hypertension; congestive heart failure; 2) Nasal congestion, nasal lesions 3) Pregnant women, anemia 4) Patients at high risk of aspiration (e.g. intestinal obstruction, etc.) 5) Patients who are unable to tolerate hypercapnia (pulmonary hypertension, neurological space-occupying lesions)
