研究目的：

本研究拟通过问卷调查、生物学指标检查，了解妊娠中、晚期女性的DASH饮食评分与AL水平，探讨妊娠中、晚期女性DASH饮食评分水平对AL的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the dietary DASH score and AL level in women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy through questionnaire survey and biological index examination, and to explore the effect of DASH score on AL in women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥20 周岁； （2）自然受孕，单胎； （3）认知正常，能独立填写问卷； （4）知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥20 years old; (2) natural conception, singleton; (3) normal cognition and ability to fill out questionnaires independently; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠前有基础性疾病(高血压、糖尿病等)； （2）既往有严重精神病史、诊断有重度抑郁需经临床治疗者； （3）双胎、多胎、新生儿有出生缺陷者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with underlying diseases (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) before pregnancy; (2) patients with a history of severe mental illness or severe depression requiring clinical treatment; (3) twins, multiple pregnancies and newborns with birth defects.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

孕中期、孕晚期的纸质版问卷、孕期的实验室检查结果、从保健手册或医疗记录中获得的孕妇一般情况或饮食情况，由项目组研究者通过问卷星录入后，使用Excel核对；孕中期和孕晚期使用问卷星进行问卷调查，通过Excel将明显错误以及不符合逻辑的调查结果删除。数据的录入和核对由两名不同的研究者进行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The paper questionnaires in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, laboratory test results during pregnancy, and general or dietary information of pregnant women obtained from health manuals or medical records were entered by the project team researchers through the questionnaire Star and checked by Excel. The questionnaire star was used to conduct the questionnaire survey in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, and the obvious errors and unreasonable survey results were deleted by Excel. Data entry and checking were performed by two different investigators.
