研究目的：

1. 主要目的：调查新乡地区学习障碍的现状，分析其可能的影响因素； 2. 次要目的：基于评估结果提出潜在的预防和干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To investigate the current situation of learning disabilities in Xinxiang area and analyze its possible influencing factors; 2. Secondary objective: To propose potential prevention and intervention strategies based on the evaluation results.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄 6-25 岁，男女不限 2） 获得同等条件和时间的正规学校教育 3） 连续三次及以上期中或期末成绩低于班级或年级平均水平 4） 韦氏智力量表测试评分≥80 分 5） 右利手 6） 双眼矫正视力 1.0 及以上 7） 自愿参与并能坚持试验

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 6-25 years old, male or female not limited 2) Obtain formal school education with equal conditions and time 3) Three or more consecutive mid-term or final grades below the class or grade average level 4) Wechsler Intelligence Scale test score ≥ 80 points 5) Right-handed hand 6) Corrective visual acuity of 1.0 or above for both eyes 7) Voluntarily participate and be able to persist in the experiment

排除标准：

1）斜视、弱视及其他眼部器质性疾病 2） 既往有癫痫病史或癫痫家族史者 3） 既往脑损伤病史或接受过相关药物的治疗 4） 其他躯体、神经及其他心理疾病或情绪不稳定 5） 颅内金属内置物 6） 严重内科疾病（心脏起搏器、肝肾功能不全、传染性疾病等）

Exclusion criteria：

1) Strabismus, amblyopia, and other organic eye diseases 2) Individuals with a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy in the past 3) History of previous brain injury or treatment with relevant medications 4) Other physical, neurological, and other psychological disorders or emotional instability 5) Intracranial metal implant 6) Serious internal medicine diseases (pacemakers, liver and kidney dysfunction, infectious diseases, etc.)

本研究所涉及的所有病历及评估数据均来自于新乡医学院第三附属医院门诊及住院部数据库中的既往数据，所获数据均仅用于科学研究，由专门的研究员单独管理。研究数据将在本研究项目结束后，以书面文字及电子档案形式保存5年。此后按规定统一销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All medical records and evaluation data involved in this study are from the past data in the outpatient and inpatient department databases of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College. The obtained data are only used for scientific research and are managed separately by specialized researchers. The research data will be saved in written and electronic form for 5 years after the completion of this research project. Afterwards, they will be uniformly destroyed according to regulations.
